It is convenient and available to everyone. There is the unique temporary restriction which availability allows us to keep liquidity and efficiency managed means, it is possibility of withdrawal of your deposit not earlier than 10 working days from the moment of its deposit. Further only you can solve when to use the means and profits. You can fill up the deposit at any time.
